Bonnie has a background in childcare and a strong passion for helping others. She brings both lived experience and professional dedication to her role as a Support Coordinator.
Bonnieβs journey into the disability sector began when she became a carer for her mother following a stroke. That experience opened her eyes to the importance of quality support and sparked a deep belief that care should always be delivered with respect, empathy, and consistency.
Over time, Bonnie saw the positive impact that dedicated support workers hadβnot just on her motherβs recovery, but on her own perspective. Their compassion and reliability inspired Bonnie and helped shape her path into disability support.
Since then, Bonnie has supported individuals of all ages with a range of needs, including physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and developmental disabilities. A proud mum of four, she understands the day-to-day challenges families face and brings a calm, organised, and compassionate approach to every interaction.
Bonnieβs passion lies in building strong, personal connections and supporting each person in a way that truly fits their unique life and goals.
